Click here: Passport with at least four blank pages and minimum six months valid Copy of resident immigration papers required for non-US citizens Four recent passport size photographs with white background Proof of Vaccination against Meningitis and Flu Women are required to travel for Hajj with a Mahram. Proof of kinship must be submitted with the application form. Women over the age of forty-five (45) may travel without a Mahram with an organized group, However, a no objection letter from her husband, son or brother authorizing her to travel for Hajj with the named group should be notarized and submitted along with the forms Islamic Certificate notarized by an Islamic Center for applicants converted to Islam.
